In 2019, the Transparency and Accountability Initiative (TAI) commissioned an evaluation to reflect on our progress and inform our next strategy starting in 2020. We found that members prized TAI as a platform that promotes connections, learning, and exchange. At the same time, TAI faces internal and external challenges, including setting clear expectations to advance strategic outcomes and adapting to ever-evolving funder member strategic shifts. This evaluation brief headlines the findings and conclusions from that evaluation report and notes the key insights we will take into our future strategy and work.
